Two judges visited our garden on 8th of June in the morning.
OPEN GARDEN SQUARES WEEKEND (OGSW) Saturday 8th June 2019, between 10am to 5 pm we welcomed 388 visitors with 6 children this year. The number of visitors was down on last year because we only opened on the Saturday and not the full weekend.
As always the visitors were very complimentary about our garden. What was really nice was welcoming people who liked our garden so much, they made an effort to come back either every year or every second or third year.
These returning visitors included some from United States, Australia, New Zealand and garden lovers from United Kingdom.
To avoid disappointment to visitors we shall open on Sunday next year as local gardens belonging to the scheme were only doing the Sunday during the weekend.
