As usual a wonderful crowd of people. We had 370 adults visitors and 12 children. It was heart warming to hear from visitors ccoming in telling us that people they met in others gardens told them to visit Gledhow, “a must as it was the best garden square in the area”. Some came sprinting in just in time to make it and said they wholeheartedly agreed with that statement given to them. Philippe Chauvet kindly gave information about plants and background history of our garden to delighted visitors.Our thanks are given too to James Sheen’s team, namely Hector, Kevin and Issy for making it so nice prior to the visit.
